FOUNDING 100 -
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Only women who meet and commit to the following standards will be accepted as Founding 100 members and collect their "FOUNDING LEGACY" award at "The Queens Bowl".
Physical Commitment Standard
Founding Members Must:
Commit to working out a minimum of 3x per week
Maintain active participation in sports training and/or conditioning
Be willing to compete in team tournaments
Be prepared to participate in the $100,000 Tournament this upcoming summer
Why?
Because this movement represents strength — mentally and physically.
We do not build financial power while neglecting personal discipline.
Licensing & Business Standard
Founding Members Must:
Enroll in the life insurance licensing process immediately
Pass the state life insurance exam within 30 days
Complete all onboarding and training requirements
Actively participate in business development
This is non-negotiable.
Founders do not delay.
They execute.
Travel & Leadership Standard
Founding Members Must:
Be willing and able to travel for team competitions
Be willing to travel for leadership events
Commit to attending the MGM Grand Leadership Conference at MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada, August 2nd–6th 2026.
The Vegas Leadership Conference is mandatory for Founding 100 members.
No exceptions.

Competitive Participation Standard
Founding Members Must:
Be willing to compete in both local and travel tournaments
Participate in the upcoming $100,000 Tournament
Be open to playing or coaching as assigned
Represent the brand with excellence and professionalism
This is not a spectator role.
Founders are active contributors.
Financial Responsibility Standard
Founding Members Must:
Invest in their licensing, training, and development
Meet minimum production benchmarks once licensed
Contribute to the collective mission of funding women’s sports
We do not build movements without economic accountability.
Character & Culture Standard
Founding Members Must:
Operate with integrity
Be coachable
Be team-first minded
Represent She Owns The Game™ publicly with excellence
Avoid gossip, division, and negativity
We are building leaders, not liabilities.
Founding Legacy Standard
Founding Members Understand:
Only 100 women will ever hold this title
This is a permanent designation
Founders will be the face of the movement
Standards will not be lowered for convenience
You are not joining something comfortable.
You are building something historic.
