Coach Dezz earned multiple scholarship offers to play football, but chose to serve his country instead by joining the United States Marines. The discipline, leadership, and resilience he developed there became the foundation for his success in business. After making his first million, he realized his calling was bigger than personal achievement—he wanted to teach others how to win financially the same way athletes are taught to win in sports. Today, he equips individuals with the mindset, strategy, and systems needed to earn at a high level and build lasting legacy.

Co-Founder
Cassie's background was ER nursing, but she was burnt out and tired of chasing student loan debt. She prayed a prayer she's never prayed before - asking God for a divine appointment, and a way out. One week later she met Coach Dezz. He taught her the rules of the money game, and how to build a business of impact- helping others know the rules and generate passive income.
Jasmine
Licensing Coordinator
Jasmine started as a single mom working at State Farm. She was determined to create a better future, not just financially but generationally. Today, she serves as the Licensing Coordinator for Coach Dezz, helping new agents get properly licensed and set up for success. Alongside her husband, she is now building a thriving business while supporting their growing family of five.

Kate Imthurn is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Physical Performance and a background spanning the fitness industry, corporate leadership, business ownership, network marketing, and entrepreneurship. After years of searching for a path that offered true passive income and time freedom, she found that vehicle through the mentorship of Coach Dezz and the team he leads.

Mariana was working as a manager at Home Depot when she met Coach Dezz, but she felt capped in her role with limited room to grow. Coach Dezz has helped transform her mindset, vision, and leadership—guiding her beyond short-term success toward legacy & generational impact. More than a mentor, he’s become family, pouring into her life with faith, accountability, and encouragement. Today, she's building a future that will impact generations beyond her.

Debra built her career as a personal trainer, helping others transform their bodies while mastering discipline and leadership along the way.
